RCH Construction can help you develop a construction budget based on each projects unique needs or requirements, or provide us with your budget and we’ll coach you on how to get close to your vision within those budgetary confinements.

We take the extra time necessary to provide a very detailed estimate in the beginning, and strive to keep your project from exceeding the budget. If the parameters of the project change during construction, you will receive a change order for approval before we continue.

We are happy to offer money-saving suggestions and will try to help you find solutions to complete your project within your budget.

We always clean up thoroughly at the end of each day and remove construction materials and tools from your living areas. We try our best to make our clients as comfortable as possible during the various phases of construction.

We consider these projects hybrids. This is when a client participates in the construction process by supplying designs, materials, or labor on a specific portion of their project. Generally this does not represent a problem.

Yes, we complete small projects such as door and window installation and most handyman repairs. We can also handle your custom design and detail needs too.

We provide an initial complimentary in-home or phone consultation. Additional onsite consultations are fee based and by appointment. The cost is determined by your project location. Onsite consultation appointments are typically 60-90 minutes and include detailed measurements, photos, and client discussions.

Yes. We will be glad to provide a list of references with contact information. In addition to past client references, we will happily provide a list of supplier references.

Once we fully understand the scope of your project, we can discuss the particulars in your jurisdiction. We will arrange to obtain any necessary permitting when it is needed and assist with all the required drawings and submittals. We’ll also be on hand when the various inspectors need to approve stages of completion.

Yes. We know that delivering a good, quality remodeling experience is to take the time up front to plan the entire project. This serves as our “road map” and insures project manager is timely and complete.
